We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Digital Downloads: No Refunds on digital downloads.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Made-to-Order Items

Some products are custom made or printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful.

Because these items are created specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

Please double-check sizing and product details before placing your order.


Standard Product Returns

For non–print-on-demand items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
